Shri Krishna Automobile operates as a last-mile delivery hub under AE Mart for Flipkart Grocery. Our services include:

• Delivery associate and team leader onboarding

• Daily delivery operations and route management

• Cash handling and reporting protocols

• Vehicle coordination and crate logistics

• Franchise-ready logistics setup for potential partners

2. Team Onboarding & Documentation

• All delivery associates and team leaders must submit verified Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details.

• Appointment letters are issued with clear terms, duties, and compliance clauses.

• Shri Krishna Automobile reserves the right to reject or terminate onboarding based on verification, conduct, or operational needs.

3. Operational Compliance

• All team members must follow daily reporting, cash handling, and discipline protocols.

• Any violation of SOPs may result in suspension or termination.

• Shri Krishna Automobile is not liable for any dues or liabilities from previous companies operating at this hub before 01/11/2025.

4. Franchise & Partnership

• Shri Krishna Automobile is open to franchise partnerships with logistics, courier, or e-commerce brands.

• All franchise discussions must be formalized through written agreements.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline partnership proposals based on operational feasibility and compliance standards.

5. Use of Company Name & Branding

• The name “Shri Krishna Automobile” and associated branding may not be used by any individual or third party without written permission.

• Misuse of company identity, documents, or visuals will be subject to legal action.

6. Data Privacy & Record Keeping

• All personal documents submitted during onboarding are stored securely and used only for operational and compliance purposes.

• Shri Krishna Automobile does not share personal data with external parties without consent.
